Terms, shipping & payment

• Custom orders have a normal lead time of about 3-4 weeks. 

• Our pricing is mainly based on scale and the machining time, where prices for the custom-made blow molds vary according to size and difficulty of manufacture. Price quotations are supplied as standard upon request, based on the customer's drawings and mold requirements. All designs are kept strictly confidential. 
• There are set prices for all standard blocks. For custom-made blocks, the same pricing structure applies as to molds, as described above.
• Prices do not include shipping charges. 

• We explore all possible shipping options to find the best way to ship your delivery. The choice of shipping company may therefore vary, depending on the destination country, the size of the packed goods, and the need for speed - but we're always looking for the best possible deal. 
• Shipping can take 1-2 days within Sweden or up to 5-6 working days for international shipments. But we always try to find the fastest way for the best price. 

• For new customers and international orders, we normally request payment prior to shipping. 
• Payments can be made by an international bank transfer if that is easy for you; it's easier than ever before with the SWIFT code system! Another option is to pay through PayPal, where you can use your credit card to make the payment.
